For this weeks lululemon product notification email photograph, Jill and I braved the -4 degree weather in order to get this outdoor shot. I set up my camera on a tripod and had Jill run by while shooting at 5 frames per second. Normally, I would have had her run by again so that we had a sequence with no gaps but I was worried she would get hypothermia so we left it at this! To put this kind of action sequence together required some layer masks in Photoshop and some blending techniques.
