This was one of the cutest events I’ve ever had the privilege to be a part of! Phillip and Ashley are from Georgia and Ashley was under the impression that her trip to Beaver Creek, Colorado was just a ski vacation. Phillip had other plans and over the course of many months he worked with the staff at The Pines Lodge and Beano’s Cabin to create a one of a kind wedding proposal. A team from Beaver Creek Resort built a huge snowman hidden down a path near the on-mountain restaurant and Phillip told Ashley they were going to a nice dinner. A snowcat brought the couple up and dropped them right in front of the path, where myself and a videographer were hiding. Phillip walked Ashley down the path and got down on one knee and proposed after she saw everything he had made for her. It was so amazing to be there to capture the surprise and ensuing engagement!
