I recently purchased a new piece of gear that is going to be great for family portraits and other types of portrait photography.  The item is an Alien Bees B800 studio flash.  These are very popular strobes and have gotten great reviews so after comparing a lot of options, I decided to go for it.  Once it comes, I will post some more information about it. #equipment #flash #lighting
